The Public Entity Risk Management Authority (PERMA) is sponsoring a virtual Same Level Falls Prevention training course. According to the 2020 Liberty Mutual Workplace Safety Index, falls on the same level for the 2nd most costly type of workplace accident (10.84 billion dollars).  Please attend this training to learn practical techniques that will limit the frequency and severity of same level falls at your agency.

During this training we will provide you with the tools and information to identify and correct those conditions and work practices that could result in same level falls.  In addition, we will discuss proper selection and design of floor surfaces, common risk factors (people, footwear, flooring, and contamination and obstacles), floor testing, and fall investigation.
