This course will provide information on fall protection requirements for those working at elevated locations (where a person could fall more than four feet), including fall hazard surveys, fall protection system selection and application, fall protection equipment, training, and emergency rescue plans.

The first part of this training session will provide information on indoor and outdoor heat illness prevention and exposure mitigation requirements including shade, water, rest, acclimatization, and emergency procedures.

The second part of this webinar will provide information on wildfire smoke hazards including air quality triggers, work practice controls, and respirator use during wildfire events.

In early 2025, the Liability Ad Hoc Committee recommended conducting regular risk manager roundtable meetings as an opportunity for members and other invitees to share success stories, lessons learned, or emerging topics.  These roundtable meetings will be held virtually on a quarterly basis.
