ADA Matching Grant Reimbursement Program

PERMA members may be awarded up to $3,000 in annual matching funds for actual expenditures incurred on ADA Title II compliance related activities.  Activities eligible for the grant funds include, but are not limited to, the following:

• ADA support services
• Self-evaluation and transition plan documentation and updates
• General accessibility consulting
• Digital accessibility services for websites and documents

PERMA has partnered with Disability Access Consultants (DAC) to provide PERMA members with negotiated pricing on ADA services, including those listed above. Member agencies must contract directly with DAC for the desired ADA services in order to receive the negotiated rates. Fees paid to DAC would be eligible expenses under the matching grant program, if the program remains active during the fiscal year in which the services were delivered.
